Sandra and Martin Blauensteiner are your hosts in the Walpersdorf castle kitchen, with chef Florian Mistelbauer at the cooker. The Blauensteiners have been catering for their guests in Krems for years. Now they are also serving modern interpretations of classic Austrian dishes in the Traisental valley. Three ingredients are particularly important to the culinary team: Freshness, seasonal flavours and regionality. You will also discover international influences on the menu time and again. The perfect wine accompaniment comes from sommelier Martin Blauensteiner. The castle kitchen is also happy to open its doors for your private parties and celebrations. Stop by the castle!

We offer daily from 11.30 am – 2 pm and from 5.30 pm – 9 pm
(Sundays continuously until 3:30 pm) our large menu.
The "small" menu, a selection of both hot and cold dishes for in-between meals, is available from 2 pm - 5 pm.
