Shipping costs

The shipping costs refer to all products that can be purchased directly in the webshop. Excluded are all products that are only available on request. Small and large items of furniture can only be shipped within Austria. Depending on the size of the item, the corresponding shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the dimensions and weight of the goods to be shipped:

For small products € 7.50 
per delivery (by post, valid in all federal states) 

For small furniture € 45,-
per delivery (by post, valid in all federal states) 

For large furniture or bulky products € 120,- 
per delivery, delivered free kerbside, by forwarding agent, tariff does not apply to the federal states: Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Carinthia, Burgenland. For deliveries to these federal states, we will be happy to provide you with a customised quote for the shipping costs incurred!

If a delivery includes several products with different shipping rates, the highest rate assigned to one of these products will be applied. 

We deliver while stocks last.

Convenience delivery

If you would like convenience delivery, we will be happy to contact you regarding the additional costs and your delivery date.

With convenience delivery, the goods are transported to the specified installation location and assembled. We will take away and dispose of the packaging material.

Any delivery costs already charged in advance for the delivery in question will be deducted from the actual delivery costs afterwards.
